  3. Access to certain areas of the Site may only be available to registered members. To become a registered member, you may be required to provide certain details such as email and contact number. Customer himself represents as warrant that all information supplied to Pace Travels 247, is true and accurate.
  4. The material in this Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Company may make changes/modifications or improvements on the Site at any time.


  1. The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
  2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  3. To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  4. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  5. All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  6. By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline.


  1. For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
  2. The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  3. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  4. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Every booking made on Pace Travels 247 is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  2. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
  3. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.

Meal selection policy:

  1. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  2. The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  3. The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  4. The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).


  1. The bus operator's employees being rude.
  2. The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.
  3. The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
  4. The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
  5. The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
  6. The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.
  7. The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).
  8. The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.


  1. Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
  2. A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
  3. All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.
  4. Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 10-15 min of scheduled departure time.


  1. Partial cancellation of Bus ticket is not available.
  2. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure time is not allowed ("On Same Day").
  3. Reschedule of Bus ticket is not available.
  4. Refunds on ticket cancelled will be directly transferred to the respective account from which payment was made at the time of booking.


  1. Pace Travels 247 acts only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  2. Hotels may not allow local residents to check-in as guests . This is strictly subject to the Hotel Policies and Pace Travels 247 will not be responsible for such check-in denials.
  3. Hotels reserves the right of admission. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Similarly accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a Couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Pace Travels 247 will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
  4. The hotel pictures/information on the website, including amenities and facilities are provided by the hotel. This information is for reference only. For any discrepancy that exists between the website pictures and actual settings, Pace Travels 247 is not liable and responsible.
  5. Check-in time and check-out time is as per hotel policy & terms. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy & seasonality.
  6. Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

  3. You will pay for the number of miles/kilometers you drive and the period of time you rent the car at the rate provided to you by the reservation agent or reservation system at the time of reservation, or your applicable corporate rate.

  5. The daily charge applies to consecutive 24-hour periods starting at the hour and minute the rental begins.
  6. If you fail to comply with any conditions for special rates specified on the rental document, our otherwise applicable rates will be charged.
  7. You’ll pay all charges that apply to the rental for miscellaneous services and, where permitted, airport facility fees and/or concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fees, other fees and surcharges.
  8. If you present any rewards certificates, coupons or vouchers associated with a loyalty rewards program, you may be charged a redemption fee.
  9. If you use a car with automatic toll payment capability, you will pay for all tolls incurred during your rental and all related service charges which may be applied even on days you do not use a toll or drive the car.
  10. Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
  11. The vehicle booked will be subject to avalability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
  12. Customer is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
  13. All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis i.e from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. As an example for a cab booked for 1st Jan where the pick up time is 5:00 p.m, the booking will be valid till 1st Jan 11:59 p.m and not 2nd Jan 5:00 p.m.
  14. You will also pay a reasonable fee for cleaning the car’s interior upon return for excessive stains, dirt or soilage attributable to your use as determined solely by us.
  15. We maintain a non-smoking fleet. You will pay an additional charge if you return the car and it smells of smoke.
